- DS 6:30 PM — Directors and students arrive at the Salon De Gala Ballroom for check-in with Jim Stubbs. Consult the hotel layout above to find the necessary meeting rooms.

- DS 12:30–6:00 PM — Directors and students attend convention; arrange plans for arriving at the Convention Center for call time
- DS 6:00 PM — CALL TIME at the Stars at Night Ballroom (Convention Center)
Students must arrive dressed in concert attire, with their music, and ready to perform.Be aware: There may be little or no rehearsal time in the ballroom. - DE 6:00 PM — Setup for the concert by the Logistics Committee
- DS By 6:00 PM — Students and directors need to be in the rehearsal space
- DS 7:30 PM — CONCERT in the Stars at Night Ballroom in the Convention Center
- DS After the concert — Pride USA Orders
Concert Attire
- Singers wearing dresses: Black dress below knee length or longer; wear black hose
- Singers wearing tuxedos: Black tuxedo or black suit with white shirt and black bowtie
- Singers not wearing either: Black blouse and black dress slacks
- All singers: Black dress shoes/flats; no heels over 1″
- Music: Black folder (plain, no markings or logos) and pencils for all rehearsals/performance. iPads or tablets can be used, but placed in black folders for unity.
