Important Dates

  • Early Preparation:
    • Spring/Early Summer: Purchase repertoire when the list becomes available.
  • September Deadlines:
    • September 15: TTCCDA Region Auditions Dates are due.
    • September 15: TTCCDA Institutional Memberships are due. The fee is $180 + PayPal fees if paid online.
  • Fall Events:
    • October & November: TTCCDA Region Auditions window. All students and three directors must be present. The Audition Verification Form is due the day after the audition.
  • December Deadlines:
    • December 1: TTCCDA Student Registration Forms are due.
    • December 15: Primary Octet registration payments are due. The total fee is $140/student ($110 TTCCDA + $30 TMEA) + PayPal fees if paid online.
    • December 30: Students must complete TMEA membership ($30).
  • January Deadlines:
    • January 1: TTCCDA Alternate Student Registration Forms are due.
    • January 15: Registration payments for called alternates are due.
  • February Deadline (2027):
    • February 1: Students must sign and turn in the Student Code of Conduct Form to their respective choir directors.

To participate in the TTCCDA All-State Choir in San Antonio each year, directors must complete this form by October 15.  The yearly membership cost is $180.
